ReBody Massage and Bodywork is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to promoting overall wellness for those seeking professional body work in an inclusive, non-judgmental environment.  Every body is different, and each has specific needs requiring respectful attention.

My practice is best described as an intuition-led mixed-bag style massage, integrating techniques like Trigger Point and Deep Tissue Therapy, Facilitated Stretching and Neuromuscular Therapy practices to target specific areas of concern.
